Large Group Reservation Deposit Policy

To ensure the best experience for all our guests, Rens Thai Restaurant requires a $100 deposit for large group reservations.

Policy Details:

• A $100 deposit is required to reserve tables for groups of 10 guests or more.
• The deposit will be voided on the day of your visit.
• Deposits can be paid by credit card, debit, or e-transfer (if applicable).
• Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellation & Changes:

• If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours, no-shows, or significant reductions in guest count may result in the deposit being forfeited.

Please notify us as soon as possible if your guest count changes.

Why We Require a Deposit:

Large groups require advance preparation and dedicated seating. This policy helps us serve all guests fairly and efficiently.
